Front desk worker was nice, room was clean, beds were comfy, towels were soft, breakfast was good.

Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had for the price. The room was spotless and the staff was wonderful. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

The staff at Quality Inn Huron truly care about their hotel and their guests. You can tell by looking at the facility that they care about the building. Everything was clean and taken care of. The indoor pool was sparkling clean on a holiday weekend. The beds clean and comfy, rooms spacious and well appointed. On my first visit, I had an issue with the door to my room. I brought it to the front desk’s attention, and they immediately acted by moving me into a different room, without issue. The male evening front desk person was extremely friendly and took good care of us, likewise of the female daylight front desk lady. The breakfast was good, and they have a guy monitoring it for quality the entire time it’s open. Again, you can tell they take pride in their hotel, and they are happy to show it. I travel alone or with my young child and I feel 100% safe here. The second time I visited, the male front desk guy remembered me! I will return here any time I’m in town because of the excellent staff interactions and overall value for what I pay.

We booked this on Hotwire. We used to use it often bc we were always planning last minute trips or doing something spontaneous. According to hotwire, this is a 3.5 star hotel. Lets just say we’re not using hotwire anymore. As for the Quality Inn, I’m going to be completely honest, the bathroom sucked! I dont know how someone larger would fit. I barely did and im pretty little. The bathroom was teeny tiny! Thats really my only complaint but afterall, you get what u pay for. Now, the good news, we were supposed to stay Sunday to Monday. After a weekend in Michigan for a wedding, we were planning to drive to Sandusky, hit the park on Monday, and go back to Pittsburgh that night. We ended up staying until Wednesday. Took Monday off to relax, went to the park Tuesday, the waterpark Wednesday, then home. Could we have switched hotels? Absolutely! A huge contributing factor of us not doing that was The Quality Inn employee named Lily! She was absolutely phenomenal! She was so kind each day and never wavered! When we didnt wake up in time for breakfast, Lily offered to open the breakfast room and make sure that we had food in our bellys! Being one of the hottest weeks during summer, Lily would make sure we didnt need bottled water. When we would walk into the lobby, she would make sure we were okay on towels. There was never a possible area of concern that Lily wasn't proactive on! She predicted our wants and needs before we had to ask! She not only met our expectations, she exceeded them tremendously!!!! Shes also a fantastic photographer! Lily, thank you so much for making our trip so much brighter with your smile everyday! You are truly a gem! Customer service is definitely your calling and i wish you all the best! Your kindness goes unmatched and more people should be like you!
